Perhaps you suffer from depression, anxiety, or panic. Maybe you're unsure about the future, or you  question whether life is worth living or even have suicidal thoughts.  Do you have difficulty managing your emotions, thoughts, or behavior or find it difficult to get along with other people in your life? Maybe you have had traumatic experiences such as abuse, domestic violence, a dysfunctional relationship or family, or exposure to others who have addictions. Maybe you have an addiction yourself. Whatever your problems may be, I am here to offer support and to work with you to learn new and constructive ways to enjoy your life and to overcome them. Psychotherapy, which can sometimes be difficult but is extremely helpful, is a process of growth and self-discovery. It's about learning a new, healthier way to exist in the world.  In my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. Personalized Care and Guidance

Psychiatric Medication Management

I am an Advanced Practice Medical Psychologist and am licensed to prescribe psychiatric medications that can be used to treat  mental and behavioral health conditions. I treat patients with different types of problems, for example: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and PTSD. Collaboration with your primary care and attending physicians is an important part of what I do to promote the safety and efficacy of the medication that is prescribed. Attention to side effects is also very important.

Psychotherapy

I've been a licensed psychologist for over 20 years. If you’re looking for psychotherapy with a highly trained and deeply compassionate psychologist, then you’ve come to the right place. I guide my patients every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards all

life’s most

complex matters.  I use different techniques (such as cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness based strategies, and/or others) and tailor the therapy to meet your needs.
